1 lb cabbage
60 g carrot
50 g cashews
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt
black pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic

In a bowl, add shredded carrot, cabbage, and onion.
In a blender, add cashews, salt, oil, vinegar, water, black pepper, and garlic.
Blend until smooth, then mix with carrot, cabbage and onion, mixing very well.
Enjoy it cold!
