Peel 3 carrots and cut into small pieces,
Take a blender and add carrots, sugar, milk, garlic and onion.
Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth,
Transfer the blended carrot to a bowl,
In the same bowl, add flour and mix well. Then chop green onions on top.
Cover it and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Put the pan on the stove with enough oil for frying.
Make sure the oil is hot, then start frying by using an ice cream scoop.
