Take 2 fresh cassava roots
Peel and cut into desired shapes
Boil in a cooking pot for 20 minutes or until soft.

Transfer cooked cassava to a large bowl.
Mash well (like potatoes).
Add milk and continue mashing for 5 minutes until smooth.
Brush a baking tray with butter or oil.
Spread the cassava dough evenly on the tray (use a spatula) to make the dough flat.
Add oil on top of the dough or pizza sauce.

Spread pizza sauce (you can use oil if you do not like pizza sauce).
Add cheese
Top with sliced bell peppers, and marinated chicken breast.

Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.
Bake until the chicken and vegetables are fully cooked and the base is crispy.

Let it cool for 3 minutes.
