This gluten-free pizza is perfect for anyone looking for a tasty alternative to traditional dough-simple, satisfying, and full of flavor.

 600 g fresh cassava roots
 1 ½ cups water
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp milk
 1 tsp salted butter
 1 tsp olive oil
 400 g mozzarella-cheese mix (white and yellow)
 160 g bell pepper half each (green, red, yellow, and orange)
 6 oz marinated chicken breast
CASSAVA BASE PREPARATION

Take 2 fresh cassava roots

Peel and cut into desired shapes 

Boil in a cooking pot for 20 minutes or until soft.

MASH THE CASSAVA

Transfer cooked cassava to a large bowl.

Mash well (like potatoes).

Add milk and continue mashing for 5 minutes until smooth.

Brush a baking tray with butter or oil.

Spread the cassava dough evenly on the tray (use a spatula) to make the dough flat.

Add oil on top of the dough or pizza sauce.

 

ADD TOPPINGS

Spread pizza sauce (you can use oil if you do not like pizza sauce).

Add cheese

Top with sliced bell peppers, and marinated chicken breast.

FINAL BAKE

Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes.

Bake until the chicken and vegetables are fully cooked and the base is crispy.

SERVE AND ENJOY

Let it cool for 3 minutes.

Slice and serve.
