1. Wash vegetables.
2. Chop all vegetables into similar sizes so they cook evenly.

3. Place vegetables in a large pan (mix until all veggies become oily)
4. Add thyme, lemon and herbs, black pepper, and soy sauce. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
