Warm, rich and packed with flavor! This homemade Bone soup with Tomato, garlic & onion is slow simmered to perfection for a nutritious and comforting meal. The tomatoes bring a natural tang, garlic adds aroma and onion gives sweetness to the broth. Perfect for family dinners and cozy nights.

Chop 2 tomatoes, 1 onion and 3-4 cloves of garlic.
Add bones (beef or goat) into a pot with water covering them, add salt to taste and boil for an hour
While boiling remove any foam that rises to the top of the pot, continue to boil for 20 minutes
Add the chopped onion, garlic and tomatoes, lower heat to medium low, cover and let simmer for more 30 minutes
Add salt and/or pepper to taste, let it simmer for 10 more minutes then serve hot with slices of a baguette.
